Also, ignore the crybabies. In this industry you deal face to face with plenty of people. So every company has them. It doesn't matter if they pay $200/hr and a million per mile, they will still find something to whine about. Some people are just never happy.

Like most of the guys on the extra board with me. It's a whine fest every night.

 

Not sure if you are taking a shot at me but whatever. Ive been here going on three years so why should someone who has been there a year get to go home before me..Get some strap and you will change your tune real quick there bud.

 

You stay because you want the money. Everyday I work at any CWF they go around and ask who wants to go home, based on seniority. All you have to do is pull your seniority card and use it. If your FOS isn't doing their job, then speak with the terminal manager. Simple fix.

 

Look you just started working here what 6 months? And every terminal is different. If I wanted to stay, why would I ##### about extraboard scum getting to go home before me..Does that make sense?I ask to get turned every night and I get told I can via my ### to the dock. And just fyi I make more money sitting on my ### at home than I do working here, I do because I love the freight business. So you know not how my FAC works so thanks for your comments new guy.

Are you being held at FAC because lower seniority guys started before you on the dock at URE before going to USA?

 

Dude no one is trying to take a shot at you Oi! Is just stating the obvious. I'm on my third 3rd ltl company and hopefully my last and have seen a ton of people cry.

Now no offense but you did Transfer across the country to keep working there. If you are truly unhappy why don't you look for a different company. If school gets in the way try to take online classes so you can do it at your time.

And speak to you FOS about letting the bottom guys go first. Now if they start earlier than you there's nothing you can do, if the FOS supervisor ignores you go to the TM or call human resources. Now don't take this the wrong way but I'm sure Noe you wish you had the good old dirty "U" there now
