    This has prolly been asked before but who hires drivers with diabetes. Indiana bmv hasnt given me any trouble over it so I didnt figure id have trouble finding a seat somewhere.

    Long as it's controlled without insulin you should be able to pass a physical. Most companies will hire.

    Im not sure but ask chinatown.....he is knowledgeable on a lot of what companies do and dont do.send him a pm.

    As long as you can get a medical card you should be good to go. I don't think employer needs to know.

    There are some that wont as i was rejected by a few. Mainly USA Truck and PAM. As long as not on insulin and you canget one year med card ur fine for most companies.

    I take Metformin pills & cinnamon capsules twice a day and pass a DOT physical with no problem. Probably a million truckers have diabetes and most aren't even aware of it.

    Cinnamon helps control sugar levels & it does work. I use the strongest ones I can find, usually cheaper at Walmart or online with Puritan. Mayo Clinic tested it also.

    Some good cheap medicine on drugs-med website also; been using that site for maybe 5 years.
