Where is everyone #2!!

At home of course, again! I got to drive an old 84 Mack around today pulling gravel all over the place. Has the old ##### back suspension and I want to say its a 5+2? I just know it has 2 sticks, one with 5 gears and one with R,LO,Direct. Pretty cool and smokes like a coal train!

If you get a chance while your talking to the company you might pass along my number and tell them if they are serious about starting that deal you told me about that I would be interested in helping them set up their operation and putting together a fleet to do it.

 

Sure LOL I have no clue! All I know is that the truck is older then me, runs like a raped ape, everything rattles, and trying to find the gears in the R-LO-DIR box are a PITA!!!

 

Are they going anywhere I would have heard of?

Some of those older mack trans you shift it like the low gear is a deep reduction, at least the couple I ran were like that.

 

Kicked off my loaded container at the port in Norfolk. Then went back thru the tunnel to Hampton and loaded up my gravy train back to Illinois.
