Oh ok. Might as well stay on national if you're going to be out 3 weeks. I'm looking to get home more.

My dispatcher asked when I wanted to come back. If you can prove to be dependable and have a good dispatcher they will take care of you. Mostly stayed home 6 days and came back out on a Tuesday when freight was better picking for a longer load.

I'm on dairy land, depending on what they start you at for mileage pay, $400-$500 a week take home is possible. Figure what they told you for mileage pay and multiply by 1800-2000 miles for 5 days. $800 or more a week gross is doable, I've done it. It's designed for more hometime, but expect 40-50 hrs home time, occasionally less than 24 hrs. It's not just Monday-Friday.

If you are looking for money, go regional or national.
