Why am I finding so many newer 2012 Int. Trucks for sale a LOT cheaper with less than 100K miles on them than other Brands? What's so bad about them? Curious as I'm truck shopping.

He did? I see 2 questions. If ya'll read I have no clue about Internationals. No freaking idea what he means maxxforce engine. How that explain anything to my question? More like saying the engine is maxxforce and everyone having problems with them etc.... would be an answer.

You don't have any idea what engines were in the trucks? It matters.

Let me clerify this. I was BROWSING on Truck Paper and noticed International Used Trucks WAY CHEAPER/NEWER & LOWER MILES than any other brand. I haven't heard or know anything about them as I NEVER paid attention. I always knew more of peterbuilts, KW, Freightshakers etc..... Just curious....Is it cause they have a lot of problems and breaking down, bad on fuel? Or they cheaper cause trying to build their business in OTR Trucks?? I have no clue about that brand.

I would believe they would have the MaxxForce in them.
Internationals boat anchor of an engine.
The ProStars with a Cummins were not bad trucks....i put 360k on a 2011 model with not any major issues except sensors and other odds and ends.
Some had EGR issues with the Cummins, that was common on them too.
They were pretty good on fuel also. 6.5 to 6.8 on average and we pulled reefers and heavy most of the time.

Also the ones with the 70 inch sleepers like I had were pretty decent, good storage space and plenty of cabinets.
