Depends on what they fired you for....if you were terminated for company policy violation you wont get anything......companies dont fire ppl for injuring themselves....even if you were on w/c and you violated co. Policy they can still fire you. You have to stay on your p's and q's and not brag about a pending court case

 

Too many workers in the past have milked minor injuries for much more then they were and this has caused many employers to be very skeptical in some injury situations. Too many have hurt themselves falling off the ladder painting the house on the weekend, then go to work and "fall out of the trailer" on Monday morning. A few ruin if for everybody's sake, both employer and employee.

 

Yea well I'm suing you because you spelled concrete wrong and I in turn used your spelling and somebody laughed at me and called me stupid. I'm going to own you!!!!!!!!!! You will pay for the humiliation you've caused me. You will feel my paid I hope you're happy. Lmfao.

God its pathetic how sue happy everybody has become isn't it? Its to the point where you're almost afraid to do much anymore because somebody may sue you.

 

thats what this world has gone to. greed greed and more greed. i bet people would love if their baby son or daugter fell in a walmart and busted their head because now they can sue walmart. heard a guy once talking about it. im like WTF? thats horrible. and he made it seem like it was cool because now they family getting paid for it. people are so money hungry and so greed driven they dont care about self respect no more.
