Well after two weeks of work JJ is doing a couple of short runs today :yes2557: Not sure if the VA was so slow because of the shutdown or they are normally that slow.

Still loving living in TN the weather is perfect.

sitting at this fairly new truckstop. i'm the lone stranger around here.

only flat amongst all the local tankers and bellies.

and the tank next to me. was eating dinner. then sitting in the seat as if in deep thought. shortly after, a lady friend showed up. climbed in the passenger door. they closed the curtains. and fire up the truck.

and i'm just hanging around. with my windows open. playing on the laptop. might do the pc thing tomorrow and head into williston for a new speed sensor. if it's cheap and easy to replace. otherwise. i'm spending another FULL weekend this time at a truckstop with not good food. and no showers. in the middle of nowhere. AGAIN.

least i got some construction to keep me entertained in this HUGE area of nothing but land and a truckstop.,

i was kind of hoping i'd land in a motel with tv and laundromat this weekend. but not for $100 per night.

I don't spend as much time on the PC anymore...to many other things to do!

JJ has been running expedite loads and I have been staying home ...Miss being in the truck but am loving having a bathroom just a few steps away and fresh DD coffee every morning.

I don't know snowy. With a 96 even average pallets hang over 1 inch on each side of the trailer, but never got into any issues. Now on a 102 you are pushing it going over, since it is a full width trailer. But still never had anyone say anything about a little over. And I was inspected allot. This was before CSA, but the rules have not changed. Just how they document and score.

Never mind..... Just did the math in my head. You have a 102 trailer. Anything over 8'6" wide is oversize. And that is 102 inches. On a 96 I could be over 3 inches per side, and was allot.
