Most everything PC related is company policy. Like at your old company we have a policy, but enforce it here and there strictly on some and lax on others.

That was how they told us to do it, makes sense to me, and is one less question to answer if/when you get stopped on the road.

I had hoped to get an answer with documentation stating that an un-laden CMV could be operated by the owner at the owners expense under PC.

    The question 26 maybe/ could be/ depending.

Sounds like since it was written by lawyers, the closest I'll get is it depends on what the definition of is is.

i don't know how anyone can say the elog is much easier to use. cuz i find it a bigger P I T A.

off duty, on duty, off duty, driving, on duty, driving, off duty.

then you all talk about planning. how do you plan for 60 miles OOR becuase of a bridge. and another 70 miles from you actual destination. amongst other things that you didn't know about.

Or call the company and say "I don't know what happened, but when I came back out to the truck this morning the Qualcomm was gone!"

I get those calls all the time, you'd better know how the system works before trying to claim a failure.
