Illegal Immigration

All of us are immigrants or the descendants of them, however; our ancestors had to follow rules and obey laws.

Immigration is not the problem. Illegal immigration is the problem.

As much as I would prefer we round them up and ship them out, that ain't gonna happen in our lifetimes, so we better find a way to assimilate these people into society as much we can.

Close the border.
English only.
Criminals deported.
No drivers licenses.
Punish employers.
No social services.

That's my take on it.

This just isn't on congress's radar becouse they have bigger fish too fry.
There are evil baseball players that are taking HGH to take care of.(not that that isn't a problem)But my word.
Next there going to go after Bill Bellicheck and the Patriots,becouse there are more importent things then going after the real problems in this Country.

So you see the real problem wasn't fixed when the Dim's were put back in charge of Congress.Just more of the same B.S.

Not to appear supercilious to any of you, but those of us in California were talking about this problem twenty years ago. With the exceptions of Arizona and Texas, most of the other states thought it was a California Problem. Now the problem is everywhere. My kids school districts have announced that because of Arnold's draconian budget cuts they'll be cutting more programs but not ESL!

I was born in Lynwood California which is next to South Gate where at one time the GM plant ran there. It was a middle class paradise back in the 60's. Now when you go through Lynwood and South Gate all of the signs are in Spanish. The cities in the area all look like Tijuana. The politicians in these cities are just as crooked as any Mexican politician.

It's not that I am against immigrants, my great-grandfather came from Germany back in the late 1800's. He was the typical immigrant in those days. He learned the language and never would take a hand-out or under-cut anyone. He had a lot of pride for his new adopted country. That same pride doesn't exist for these illegal immigrants. They may work here, buy a house, have their children educated (at the taxpayers expense) but they will always be Mexican. Nothing wrong with having pride about your country But if a country permits you all of its freedoms that a natural born citizen has, show some respect, show some gratitude.

This is the only country I know of where you can walk in only wearing the shirt on your back, not having two nickels to rub together, and you still have a chance to make something of yourself.

All I see and hear nowadays is the complaining and the whining from the illegal immigrants, their lobbying groups, and our liberal politicians about the Rights of Immigrants. All of the noise for a people who we didn't invite here. I don't hear anyone speaking up for the average American worker who has had his/hers wages cut or being labeled as lazy because they are unwilling to work a job that pays for S*** and have to listen to the Bull S**** that the Illegal immigrant works harder and better than the American worker. Those idiots forget that the same American workers they bash, helped end WWII, send mankind to the Moon and back safely; and build the best Industrial complex in the world.


I just hope that what is going on in the smaller states regarding Illegals catches on with the rest of the country before it's too late, and the great American culture dies with a whimper.
