WOW!! very sorry to hear that. I had that happen to me a few years back. its a very tough thing to go through. but sometimes one door closes another door opens so keep your head up!! does the open door policy mean that you can eventually get your job back or just a moral support type thing?

Thanks. Yes there is a chance that one could get rehired depending on the infraction and details involved. Wal Mart encourages that one uses the "Open Door" policy to aid in resolving all work related issues. Its a great tool and it is fair. Still holding out hope that I might be rehired but not holding my breathe.

ya I thought about that after I posted that. no problem I hope it all works out for ya. im in process of trying to get on myself. Id say you would have a pretty good chance if anyone could. that much time in, you weren't on the phone at the time of the accident. passed all the drug tests and have a good record. maybe its just one of those ill show everyone we are serious then give you another shot after it scares the rest off them enough.

Please read my post in this thread. #10. Wal Mart is doing random peeks at drivers phone records without any incident, accident, or drug screen to instigate it. Do not believe that they are not. I know different. They have already terminated several drivers after doing random searches of their phone records.

PHONY? Im living it right now! What do you think is phony? I poured out my heart in this post to let Wal Mart drivers understand that they mean business with this new policy. I would give you my phone # if you prefer to talk about this over the phone. Honestly. This happened to me. I am a Christian and do not deliberately desire to mislead anybody on this forum. Ill give you my driver #, tractor #, dispatch phone number and the coordinators to speak to if desired! This happened to me exactly as I wrote it!

Under the new policy you are only required to give them the records for the day of the accident. Why did you give them the days prior.also my Verizon bill does not show text dates and times.

Get a straight talk phone. Sold at Walmart.
No name. No bill. No trace.
Then they can check your normal phone.
Good boy phone and a naughty boy phone.
