1. Attention employers: We now require a valid DOT# for anyone wishing to post a driving position. If your job offer doesn't contain a DOT number, it will not get past moderation and will not appear in the forum. The other requirements in the sticky at the top of this section are still required as well. Thank you for understanding.

Need I suspect anything else? SCAM if I ever seen one? I can smell a rat if I'm good at the smell! I remember these smelly ones! They all smell the same!

RoadRunner64, we regret that your experience with our company has been so negative. However, you have made some principally wrong statements about our company that are simply not true.

We never force anyone to drive illegally. Period. If you are ever tired, or honestly do not feel well enough to work the whole day, then trucking is not for you. We run hard, but not illegal.

We do not want point fingers, or name names, for that will be against procedure. We keep a database of all notes, remarks, and conversation topics between the driver and the dispatcher. RoadRunner64, you were constantly late, blowing appointments, and worst of all – not keeping the logbook straight. It should also be said, that the miles that you were running were legitimate through and through, yet every time you sent in your paperwork, it was rife with errors and violations. Speaking of violations – how many out of services have you had?

How many times did you drive with inoperable lights? Did the dispatcher have to remind you every morning how to do the PTI? Or what about the time when you arrived at the receiver without two tires?

You have had an average of one out of service per week. You tried blaming it on the truck, or the trailer, or the combination of both. How were we supposed to fix it, if you never properly did the PTI and checked for things to fix? The majority of Road Service calls we made were to you at the location of your out of service. We told you many times to check the truck, tell us what to fix – and it was always the same story, that everything was fine. Up until an out of service later the same week.

Maybe instead of whole-heartedly laying the blame on our company you should take a look at yourself. Granted, maybe some mistakes or issues are genuinely our fault, and we try to fix them, to move forward and progress. However, having you on the team was nothing short of a nightmare. Your constant out of services violations were ruining our company reputation, and we had to let you go.

Another major factor in your termination was the fact that you totaled a trailer. Not mentioning that small fact is of great convenience to you.

The 20 page agreement you mentioned is indeed only 10 pages long. When you were hired we sat down with you and explained every point. The fine list was explained thoroughly and we made sure that you understood it. At no point were you forced to sign anything you did not agree to. At one point we even made alterations to make sure that it was fair.

The claim that you were not reimbursed for toll and scale tickets is absurd. The only time that would have taken place is if you lost or did not send in the receipt for it. How could you be compensated for something that we have no record of? On a number of times we did, but once you started doing it constantly we had to not reimburse out of discipline.
