I have experience both ebay and Craigslist and I must say that I got very positive sells on both sites. eBay will cost money but you can reach all nation or even worldwide if you click on the option to do so. On the other hand, craigslist is free and limited to your area. My best answer is: why not try both? You never know. First come and first serve. Make sure to understand that what will sell your truck is the number and quality of the pictures. The more the better. But even before taking the nice pics, make sure to spend a big amount of time to make your truck looks as clean and shine as possible....remember, what really sells is the pictures and a good average price...not high or low. Average! Good luck. And if you need instructions in how to do a HTML ad on craigslist, just PM here and I can try to help.Llas I have done several times and my ads were the best looking ones.
    good luck.

Id say truck paper as well. Also to increase your chances of sale, Buy a rig dig on it and link to it on your ad and email it to anyone who asks. If you have nothing major to hide, its nice to give out. You pay once or 20 potential customers all have to pay. Free rig dig will get you noticed by a buyer like me. Also do an oil sample and have the results ready for anyone who asks. (don't change tho in case they want to sample it themselves.) Basicaly do anythign you would do if you were buying a truck so its easier for the buyer. Post tons of pictures. Also get the engine washed and the truck detailed. 200 bucks in detailing can add thousands to the price. A pretty truck looks well maintained. Any body problems that are easy to fix, fix um. Any dash pieces that need replacement...replace um. Small investments can really make the truck look cared for and raise your price. That being said...can we see what your selling?
