Major Carrier (Can't Name Co.) - New CDL Drove Team For Leased O/O; Attempted Murder

My question to you guys is if you had saw this woman around your terminal, what would you have done. According to what the story says... so you see her and her face is bruised and red marks around her neck and she tells you the guy that did this to her is right there. Would you beat him up or automatically take this guys side and pretend you don't see the bruises? What would you do?

 

What would I do? not get myself arrested by attacking someone just being accused of the attack, I'd call the cops, and let them sort out the truth, Now!, If I saw the attack, this is a different situation, I couldn't sit by and do nothing, I would have to stop the attack, Anyone that attack someone, just on a accusation is looking to go to jail

 

with out listening opposite side of conflict I cant make any right conclusion. Plus you afraid to give us name of company. If you feel truth on your side then call the name.

depends from situation. most likely call cops. if no cops I will try to stop offender by myself if he don't want to stop by himself

 

Ur quick to throw punches. LEO will also be as quick to put shiny bracelets on u. U pick an choose ur spots. That's what being a "Adult" is all about. Immaturity shows when some1 can't control there temper. Karma always comes around. On a side note, if u didn't know said female driver who was assaulted by a teammate/ trainer would u still pounce on him after u knew the situation?

 

After hearing my sister in law and her husbands nightmare stories while out for 6 weeks training with con-way trainers i can believe anything. Casino gambling on ten hours off, driving on the students log ins, leaving students at truck stops and going two miles to the reciever and expecting the student to walk there, sleeping naked in the rack (female trainer), trainer that had never moved tandems in their lives.....trainers may be the scariest word in trucking. Glad my fiancee trained me!! Schneider T.E. for ten years, exemplary behavior and safety above all else.

 

Kinda hard to believe dude wouldnt have been arrested if she was marked up as she noted in the story. If that Kind of struggle would have went down while she was driving I believe she would have been marked up pretty badly and thus the male that assaulted her would have been arrested.

 

Well, I'm skeptical about this story, as well, but you might be interested to know that there are four other senses other than sight, one of those being touch, and, the nickel store explanation being that nerve endings send electrical impulses through the body's sinapses to the brain, and the indication of physical contact being made is relayed through those impulses.
Maybe in layman's terms, you'd see someone, you'd noticed their arms outstretched towards you, you'd feel pressure against your body, and you'd put two and two together. It's a common sense thing, which a lot of people don't seem to get.
