see it all the time cant be safe let alone legal .. and I catch heck about my windows being tinted ..lol

I think it is to keep the sun off of their left arm. They pull the curtain to where they can still see in the mirrors. I have never done it, but that is my guess.

See it all the time, usually the curtain is pulled forward enough to block the driver but not all the way.
Another trend that I see more and more and more, is the "I am out of signal fluid" trend...
Another trend that has been going on a while is the; "I don't know how, or don't care, to flash my lights properly so, I am just going to flash my high beams at the same moment that the driver looks in his mirror to get over and blind him for a second, or two".
One more trend is the "I don't want to hear about my broken truck so I don't carry a cb or turn on the one I have".
