They apparently got slammed with a pretty big lawsuit here recently for not paying drivers what they were suppose to get. Sadly, it hasn't made them come to their senses and change anything. At least not on this end. His uncles said CRE was a good company from what they had heard, so that might be why he chose to go with them. My friend just started working for them as a dedicated. He gets treated a little better at least, thankfully.

I am going to have a transplant.. They said in about 10 years. Another reason he wants to switch companies but since I'm on full disability I get Medicare & Medicaid thank God, cause he was working for Olive Garden when I had my last surgery and they just laughed us away. & before anyone says we're living off the system we are not. I don't get food stamps, although at this rate we might end up on them and we don't have section 8. Just healthcare so I can get my meds and see my doctors. & to the other guy, I'm not whining, just trying to forewarn anyone looking into leasing from CRE that's a newbie what to expect & our experience so far.

The other part you are missing is stay away from the parasite leasing programs. If he gets away from England don't get into the same scam with another company.

I don't see any 'whine-fest' here. Just the opposite. The documentation that CRE is a terrible place to work does matter. And it matters that the OP should not have to feel under attack for telling her CRE story. This is, in fact, the proper forum to do so. The Bad Company forum.

No one forces anyone to read this thread or any other. For my part, I think it's important to put a face on the pain that CRE and OTR companies like CRE cause. The OP has done that, is doing that and to discourage her from doing so by insulting and bickering at her is inappropriate.

This is the Bad Company forum where the facts about bad things companies like CRE do get brought out into the open to be seen in the light of day.

I don't see any of her posts as a whine fest. What better place to post a bad company then right here. But I do see them not doing any research what so ever.So what if they didn't know about this forum till recently, nothing googleling wouldn't have solved.I also see her husband as not having a back bone. What I see is the wife making all the decisions.Im not attacking just respectfully giving my opinion.

You're husband is seriously doing something wrong ...there's a lot of issues with CRE. But my son and I ran for them on a lease for 9 months ... 7,059 miles ... that will net close to $1,700 to the trainer and he was $109 in the hole ... what did he do to squander $1,800.

Again this doesn't ring true .. I've been through transplant screening and put on the list. Through the miracle of modern chemistry, the drug bridge I was put on improved me enough to be removed off the list. Here's the thing, there isn't a cardiologist in this country that can accurately predict if and when you may need a transplant, much less 10 years out ... you only get told you need a transplant if there is better than a 50/50 chance you'll be dead in 5 years.

And here we get to the crux of the problem ... Your man has obviously screwed the pooch and doesn't know what he's doing. Yeah CRE does suck and it's a #####, but he's not even close to getting out of CRE what he should be ... maybe it's because he's to used to a woman telling him when to wipe his nose and doesn't know how to man up and manage his business.

I'm sorry, but there is a lot of woe is me nonsense here ... $1,800 in missing net and feel sorry for me and my bad heart hyperbole. CRE's pay scale is cheap, but if you get onto a business with out doing your proper due diligence, then can't properly monitor your business, you deserve what you get.

But if you hate your wife you also want to avoid Crispy Crengland. Pretty much if you have a pulse and a CDL (their hiring standards) you want to avoid Crispy Crengland.

The only way you shouldn't avoid Crispy Crengland is if it's the only thing keeping you from being indefinitely detained at a soviet Gulag in the mid 1940s. If that's the case you might consider Crispy Crengland as a viable option.
