i got the "you are eligible for xxx" and I laughed.. I wouldn't wear any of it and I would rather have the cash... I'm just counting my days to beat it the heck out of sni. It baffles me that so many guys would stay when there is much more $$ to make else where.
I am sick of getting lied too and the lack of lube is ridiculous.worked otr made ok $$ then went dedicated out of il and made even better then they lost that account and went to OH and lost about half my weekly pay. Then last week had the head of our account ask me about how we could retain drivers and i about laughed in his face.
I have a great record for on time an no accidents but for some reason i get second loads pulled every week even though I have plenty of hours to run them and we supposedly dont have enough drivers so don't know why they would rather have an LOS then to have it get there but the management sucks. They try to bait you along by offering a retention bonus that they will then tax the hell out of,only for you to realize long after the fact that that is some sort of half aced back pay..
I'm not stating that sni as a whole is this way but where i am is. My otr dbl ruled,my dedicated on the other hand leaves a lot to be desired.
if a coat or a few shirts blows your skirt up awesome,it just doesn't for me.

For anyone else that wants to try but got lost trying to find how to get there, here's how:
Go to Crossroads, log in the main site, Driver Community tab, Home, scroll down to the Online Tools area, click Company Store, then at the very top of the menu click Driver Recognition Program Click Here. -
Yep its me.. I go to work every week, always start my day at the dc with full hours, do my job, get there on time to my deliveries, have a great relationship with all the store managers and associates I deal with, and have a perfect safety record. I must be doing somthing wrong. Unlike numerous drivers I work with who have in the past month caused over 20k worth of damage to a tractor at the dc going less then 5mph, had a physical alteraction with a store manager, and a crap attitude. Non of them have been releived of their duties let alone repremanded. So I guess I shouldn't care and maybe I would go back to making money. But it might help if management would pull their heads from that area they sit on.

And if you have a year, you should be good to go,, especially in OH. Worked for me, tho I can't say I had a bad experience with Schneider (bulk). -

Reading The Extra Mile, they say their planning on upgrading the Columbus OC driver's lounge and rest rooms. I hope so, we'll see. Showers would be great.
