Back on track-antula.....chains required 80-50-88-4....moving south and east!
Look out CO!!!!!! -
I'd rather be running on chains running Vail than running chains on Donner....
Donner is going to be a mess..... -
According to the reports (local TV news), 50 got it the worst...2 vehicles over the bank (EXTREME recovery) just above Pollock Pines, 3 spin outs around Twin Bridges, and the summit is closed for snow removal on the Meyers side.Working Class Patriot Thanks this.

Sunshine and blue skies in calexico.
A bit breezy though.
No chains required.
I'll stay on the I-20 and south fleet. -
Yep....Your Lanes are about to become more crowded.....
-
I-20 huh?
I've seen some nasty nasty ice DFW and Houston! You can keep that stuff with those extreme overpasses!!!!Big Don Thanks this. -
I have seen some nasty snow and ice running through El Paso......
The "Land of Mañana"....Doesn't deal well with snow and ice..... -
I wouldn't mind being down around Calexico right about now. Or even El Centro or Brawley. . .
I know, I know, just call me crazy. . .

Was going west on 8 from Calexico to Otay Mesa. 40+ mph winds with a empty van is a hoot. Temps falling all the way up. Snowplow at 4000 feet, no snow...yet
