Oil jumps to record above $106

Something tells me that after a gallon of LSD you would forget all about how much you paid for a gallon of fuel.

 

WOW, no response on this yet? I guess that's WHY truckers are in the situation they are in now. There WILL be companies closing because of this now, you can rest assured.

 

A local food company has asked the drivers to take a pay cut so they can afford the fuel to haul the products.

 

They did my brother as well. Cut ALL his bonuses...one RIGHT at Christmas! He was PISSED! This is going to get really bad...

 

Just remember, the economy is good and growing. It is what alot of people think in the government.

 

There is no basis for oil to be this high. There is no other reason than speculation for oil to anywhere over $75 a barrel.

I predict in the next 3 or 4 months you will see a big drop in the price of a barrel as U.S. demand drops.

This is going to be one heck of bubble burst.

 

I hope you are right, but somehow I doubt it.

 

HA, the day I see US demand drop is the day it snows in hell. American's are OBSESSED with their cars and driving...won't happen until maybe gas gets around $7/gallon.
