If your on elog how can you not log it as driving?
-
i kinda wondered the same thing-this dispatcher is an excuse for nothing-am trying to get changed.
-
Yea that is illegal and stupid of them to request. When your involved in an accident they will be wondering how the accident happened if you were off duty or sleeper.
juan92658 Thanks this. -
Am with Continental now and this excuse for a dispatcher Karen is off the wall!!
-
As long as your in the drivers seat your driving.City or not
juan92658 Thanks this. -
I would definitely have her send that request over Qualcomm. 2 things can happen. 1.) She is dumb enough to do it and you can nail her ### to the wall. 2.) She will leave you alone and run legal.

Not true, 395.2 Multiple stops means all stops within village, town or city may be computed as one stop. I use on duty/ not driving on a regular basis when im working in the city. Most of my stops are 15 to 20 minutes apart with 15 minutes at a stop and would make a log look like a hugh mess if i tried to log each stop. Often show the entire day as on duty/not driving and list "local" in the comments section.
