    Mark, my 720 is starting to freeze up when it has to recalculate a route. So far, I've just waited a few minutes and it snaps out of it. Any suggestions?

    Mark you have any idea if the promo they had for the 720 LM trade offer was real or not.

    I got 150 off the unit by trading in another GPS (any make) they gave me the 150 off, but never gave me any info where to send the old GPS I am trading in.

    You should have gotten a shipping invoice in the box. On the bottom right is an address. Use that to mail your Trade in back. I would also include a copy of your shipping invoice in the box and just write on it "trade in".

    Be sure to send it back via some sort or registered shipping. Keep track of this paperwork also for your records.

    Good one for you..

    Headed East on I90 WI...added the Pilot in Mauston WI as a Stop..

    Coming up on the 90/94 West Split it tried to get me to go West on 94..

    Kept going it was sending me in all kinds of weird directions.
    Coming up on Exit 61, it was wanting me to take it..

    That Pilot is right of Exit 69.
    Even when I skipped that Exit and AS I was taking Exit 69, it still had me going in Circles.

    This has to do with a double-digit road. The Pilot is on the left, but the crossover is not seen in the maps. If you have U-Turns set to avoid you will go in circles. If you set U-Turns to Allow, you will see it takes you past the Pilot, then comes back. You could simply turn left when needed.
