I think I've used my ramps one time. One problem is that people want the driver to load an assume all risk of falling off the ramps....and to make the situation even more ridiculous, they want an RGN load done for step deck rates. Sorry, ain't going to happen.

Quick question.
What is the general flatbed industry expected payload/cargo minimum that shippers like to see?
I am more familiar with livestock & pneumatics which are expected to be able to carry 50,000lbs minimum...........I've been curious about what is expected of flatbedders for years. -
Flatbed standard is 48,000 and step deck, if there is one is 45-46. I get a lot of surprised voices when I say I can scale 48 on my step.OilFracker Thanks this.
