trailer rating question

    Ld. ratings can very. Look at the spec plate. It might say x amount of tons in 10' 12' or what ever. If it says 20' and you put x amount of weight on it with a 10' foot print then you are over loading the capapitcy of the trl. Good way to put it in a negitive arch. plus maybe breaking the main beams.

    Like some others have said....102,000 inclusive of load, trailer, securement etc. Also as others stated, you will also need to consider what the trailer is rated for on a concentrated area (see the plate on trailer). One more thing...you might find that the weight rating is only good if you load on the main beams and not the cross members.
