Tanker gets nailed for lane deviation

Ok so I'm cruising at 57 miles an hour and I see the CHP. Hes posted up fully erected with his radar gone out ready for some action, so I hold my lane at my speed cordially one lane over in all do respects for safety.
All of a sudden this tanker comes ripen by passing me on the left right in front of the bear, and of course the bear comes ripen by right after him.

 

Do to safety laws for emergency vehicles, puts me right were I belonged one over. Staying in the boundaries of the law might of helped. If that makes any sense.

Look anybody that been around for awhile knows the bear gonna be waiting there or any were around that area. You can try and help a driver out but you cant help stupidity.

And ya your right he wasn't ripen through but stupid it was.

 

Ya but the guys driving a tanker, in witch we just had one go up in smoke around here last week, if hes going to exerciser those kinda driving habits, maybe he deserves to slapped with a good ticket.

Maybe he should be driving a shuttle bus or a taxi.

 

As a professional driver, and tanks especially, maybe you should exercise some profession control. First and foremost a little patients and calm assertion. Its just being careless and stupid.

 

He was on the shoulder near the road maybe you should watch it again. And ya, California does have lane restrictions.
Maybe as a professional driver you should now the laws with witch you bound by as well.
