I'm fed up with these Service Failures!!

    How many SF are you allowed up to before SWIFT takes disciplinary action? I received my 4th one today for arriving too early at the shipper. I spoke to the terminal manager to appeal the SF and he says there's nothing he can do about that. First 2 SF i received I took full responsibility, I was mourning the death of a family member so my head wasn't in the game at the time. 3rd SF, I received P-Plan that was impossible to deliver on time so I spoke to my DM before I denied it. "Just get it in there" were his words to me. We can't turn down no Kmart Load, so I had to take it. So long story short, I ran out of hours when I got to the shipper, and ended up takin my 10 hour break at the shipper and ended up picking up past deadline. Sent in a MAC 22 and still earn myself a nice SF. I was so ready to quit today but I took another one to the chin.

    Just put in your time, and move on to a better job. Then the SFs will not matter. As far as I know, they will not show up on your DAC.

    When I was with swift, I was always stressed out.

    Sorry about the issue. As far as the third one, you should have just sent in MAC 9 declining and put in the time that you could safely del, then it would have been in there lap. It would have been adjusted or removed. If you received a SF for arriving early at the shipper then there should have been comments in the load assignment saying that early arrival will cause a SF. You might want to have a talk to your FM and discuss what your DM told you. I take it that you discussed on the phone so you have no proof.

    We have some customers that it states right in the comments section that if show up early, SF. Just like we have other customers that has comments in the sections about other things that need to be done or get a SF, like forgetting to slide tandems before dropping a trailer.

    Too bad we can't give customers service failures, for being rude inconsiderate and lazy.

    Never,Never...NEVER!...take a dm csr or planners word for anything over the phone!...if it is at all questionable like taking a late load...u ask them to put no sf on late load on the quallcom(or whatever the issue is)....I even take pics of the message on the screen,lol...daddy don't play...u shouldn't either...:biggrin_2556:

    PS...I don't take the calls either if I get calls I just message on QUALCOMM...don't call,send me a message here....
