Pa CDL permit test

    So i was a student in Roadmaster schooling till i dropped out and decide to go into swift school for half the cost. Now i have my dot medical card but for me to test i gotta mail in a dl 11 form and receive a KTA paper so i can test. why so much hard work to test. Any advice u guys have or was goin to roadmaster better deal ?

    It's been so long since I got my CDL in Pa, I forget what was involved.
