had 42,000 1st. Time in the mountains in winter
Only went down it bout 15/22 mph tops had hardpack ice an ####

Pa 219 heading north into Ridgway has a pretty good hill. US 322 east outta State College is another. But PA 645 from Pine Grove to Frystown is probably the worst I've been on.That's 14% with a 180 degree curve at the bottom.
