Disqualifying them from getting any sort of PFP payout should be a good place to start...maybe a suspension without pay, up to termination for repeat offenders.

Yup. And the seat belt ticket, I've "been told" that state officers will issue a seat belt ticket as a "lesser" infraction ticket, ie moving violation.
I'm glad this thread was started, as that qcomm message REALLY upset me. Lowering the speed of the truck doesn't affect me, as I ALWAYS set my cruise control at 58mph. However, the CSA/ISS score does affect me. I also agree that the punishment needs to be more sever, as the actions of few affect many. If a driver doesn't like the "Maverick Way" mentality, they can go drive somewhere else. We, as the Maverick drivers, need to try to come up with a workable solution, and present said solution to management. Just my opinion.
** fyi ... I'm not picking up ANYMORE broke trailers! From now on, I will blow the whistle as loud as I can, glass drivers, do it right or be ready to receive messages from your f/m!!
I'm sorry it had to come to this!

Sounds more like they've really just been searching for a reason to justify cutting down for a mpg gain

Wow nice info on that site. Says only one but if you click the little warning button and scroll down KT shows all the speeding tickets. Some are 15mph over. Too bad it doesnt give the truck number or we could put these people on our own little #### list. 3mph doesn't bother me....don't get me wrong. Its the principle of the matter. 20 ignorant people can ruin things for the entire fleet. That is not right to me. Turn up punishments on those who are the offenders and leave the others out of it. I agree weigh taking away pfp. Especially for things like speeding thru a work zone.

We have thought about this, then made it a policy, but didn't fire the next guy to get a seat belt violation. It's frustrating to see numbers climb, but every time you want to do something about it (make an example) the powers that be change their minds.
