question about millis

we need more trainers like Baritone we have to many trainers trying to run team there is no way you can train someone if your in sleeper berth that is why we have drivers out here that have no clue whats going on we have one trainer that started training as soon as he had one year in I asked him why his response was so I can run team and make some money REALLY IS THAT A GOOD REASON TO TRAIN I THINK NOT I feel sorry for his trainees then we have another trainer that started after a yr he is doing it for the right reason and in my opinion actually has the skills to train

 

That is a shame, but that's how my 1st trainer was he was more concerned with racking up the miles making himself $$$$$, was glad to get off his truck.

 

Ive had several students from trainers like that and it was very hard on them and it required starting over in most cases. I do understand why trainers do that - but I just choose not too if it's not needed on that load.

Hello everyone. I just came across this page and was thinking about going with Millis in the near future. Everything I've read online about the company, for some reason I can't find anything on teams. Does Millis run teams and what kind of cpm/money/miles are newbie teams looking forward to? If anyone could help me out, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance........... On a separate note, PowderBlue, how long have you been working for Millis? Do you like it or have any helpful insight for someone looking to sign on with the company? I am also from Clarksville, TN.

 

Millis doesn't run teams.
