How Do I Contact DAC To Get My Report?
DAC reports were available from USIS, but they are now handled by a private company called HireRight. To receive your report, you must mail in a Consumer Report Request Form, or you can request your free DAC report from HireRight online: http://www.hireright.com/Disputes/Report.aspx
It takes HireRight approximately 15 days to process your request and send you a free copy.

does that psp give scores? cuz mine don't. i have to look at the company snapshot on fmcsa websight and find the scores for my inspections.

 

My PSP showed all inspections and any points. It shows good inspections as 0 points.
I had one speeding ticket that showed 1 point on the PSP.
So it should show any score that you as a driver would have.

I also had 2 points for invalid medical card.The Doctor had put the wrong expiration date on the card but it was still valid.
I sent the long form and a copy of the corrected card to the FMCSA dispute people and they removed those 2 points.

 

Thought id have a copy of my dac sent just for the heck of it.Thanks for the website Irishman and misshawk

Need a . between the psp and the fmcsa!
