Team run split pay

that's no joke.

but some on here would say otherwise. that they sleep like a log when the truck is bouncing down the road.

 

What are the benefits of team driving?

 

Higher pay if the company can keep the truck moving. You can haul team and solo loads so it's easier to keep moving. At many companies teams do a lot more drop and hooks, again keeping you moving. Cross country dedicated runs some places.

 

Longer runs, less docks more miles.

Only person I'd team with is my wife if I cane ever talk her into it. It would be cool to run as a super single about 14 hrs a day.
