Im looking into companies after finishing school here i have roehl on my radar I live in huntsville al and im interested in vans can I have the pros cons and ur experiences with this company and is this a good choice for a newbie driver and hometime with running otr

Also look at Ozark Motor Lines out of Memphis. It's a good dry van company that hires new CDL grads.

You may want to look into HO Wolding as well. They have a drop lot in Alabama and according to their website they hire from there. I know this is a Roehl thread but I'm sure you'll be applying to more than just them.

been with Roehl a year. pros....safety stressed, good training, honest company, well structured, good equipment.
cons..its otr and there will be something u find u don't like at any particular moment.
Roehl asks for an honest days work..if u do that and drive safe they will leave you alone.
