    Something I notice is many drivers respond to an ad with a question or post their qualifications.

    If the employer is asking you to contact them with a phone number or some other method show some initiative and desire for the job and do what they ask. As little as it seems it's important to follow directions when job hunting. Call them if they ask you to. Ask your question in person. Many of them are too busy to come back here. Don't be scared, CALL! :)

    Another thing is Don't call them everyday asking for the Status of your Application. I call Atleast 3 times a week to find out be polite and have gotten some very good Jobs doing that don't hound every day just do it every other day. If they give you there Cell Phone don't be calling at midnight unless they ask you to call later.
