Blue icon light on 9400i

ECM is set with an idle timer, the throttle apparently by passes the shutdown while on the throtle. There should be a control panel in the sleeper to set icon, so truck will idle within temp range.

I would talk with your shop. They already have that software. They can hook the laptop up and set the idle parameters. They can set it by time, temperature, cruise over ride, or no shut down.

That's BS if they expect you to freeze. Don't you have a bunk heater?

Have you tried cruise override? Turn the cruise control on and bump up the idle speed with the set/resume button. You want to idle around 850. If you have that option the tach will increase when you bump the switch.
