Starting with Swift 11/18

well.. if you want winter experience. its better to do it with a mentor to hopefully show you the ropes. i learned the hard way last winter...by doing it myself. had a heavy haul driver show me how to put chains on. like you, i had no experience when i started last december. grew up in southern calif. only pointer i can give is go slow and if you feel uncomfortable, pull over when its safe. make sure your mentor shows you everything you need to do the job. bring a good attitude and alot of patience

 

I passed my DOT physical today and take my test for my permit tomorrow.I start at the Swift academy November 18 any tips on studying for the permit.Looks like thanksgiving will be in the hotel.
