Jim, I will be fine. Nothing serious at all.
jasonheather6204 Thanks this. -
Ok, glad to hear that.

I take it that Walmart really wants to hire him and they are making it more convenient for him by taking care of unfinished business at a closer DC. This is a good thing.
jasonheather6204 Thanks this. -
Yeah, to put it in perspective, when I applied in April, they wanted to fill 14 positions. To this day, including myself, they got 4. So like Tom said, they must really want him. And that's definitely a good thing.jasonheather6204 Thanks this.

Hey gang! Thank you all for making this a very successful thread hear at TTR! I could not have done it with out all your help. It makes me feel real good about myself that this helped open up doors to those who wish to walk through it. 3 millions accident free miles and rolling still! 100 pages and rolling still! I never would have thought it would get this far.
Ok now I am back to work today. Had a really good week last week. Was hoping for the same this week but it got warm again and the APU on the truck quit. On its second new alternator from the previous one installed two days ago and now it gives eng. code. So doing my load on a loaner truck and tomorrow I am doing blitz runs from Baytown. I didn't sign up for it but I guess they needed to fill a empty spot. Be safe, be well, good luck, and get better. I will talk with y'all soon! -
Good morning! Ok APU got fixed yesterday. While I was waiting my ops manager called me in the office and placed me on a blitz run out of Baytown. Four stores, drop at the store and bob back for the next one. Will make for an easy day today. Be safe out there!

I've had my share of apu issues myself. At least the heat will still work without it but you'll still end up with a dead cell phone and no lights at some point during the night as the truck shuts down all non essential power. Of course this doesn't help anything when it's hot outside which is when I had most of my own problems with the darn things.

Thanks guys...your are easing my worry some. He goes into Loveland today to meet with the safety director.

That's great! Keep us posted and best of luck, though he's pretty much in the door I would think.jasonheather6204 Thanks this.
