You don't want to work here.........trust me. Nice people but we are being covered with corporate BS and policies. They have you sign a sheet saying if you are talking on a cell phone or texting and are in an accident it is automatic termination, BUT when they need to talk to you they forego that high dollar Qualcom and call you..............on your cell phone.
Where is everyone #2!!

Sturgis, Mi going to kick these chassis off and go home. Hopefully I'll get my new fenders and tarp rack on this weekend. Load up Monday and head for PHX Tuesday

I can't really fault guys for wanting to head home on friday I guess. I don't have a family, I stay out for months if need be. Still, I often wonder, why is anyone going to give me a good rate on a Thursday if they think there might be someone there with a guy wanting to go home friday that will do it for peanuts ? And then when I spend time in the company driver forum their first question about any company is "Do they get you home ?".
I chose trucking in 1995 and OTR trucking in 1999. I like it enough to make the sacrifices involved, maybe some of these guys need to look into welding or construction if they want to be home all the time. And that's all I have to say about that.milskired, passingthru69, MJ1657 and 3 others Thank this. -
I think McDonald's gets you home every night......

Doing my nut and bolt job this morning. I have to go pick up a plow I bought on an online farm auction, go get my hopper and load corn, and get to my deer stand by 3. Anyone available to come help??? Lol
Cluck Cluck and SHC Thank this. -
Picked up the new pup last night. She's adjusting pretty well. Spent the night in her crate and wasn't too happy about that, and this dog can howl like crazy. But she is getting along fine with her big brother. Pretty sure the other mix in her breed is Shepard.
