Very cool, especially bobtailing back to Baytown. Two words: Activity Pay!
For those reading this wondering what exactly is in Baytown. It is a very large International distribution center that handles merchandise that was imported to the USA. From there, assorted merchandise is consolidated and loaded to be shipped to other Walmart distribution centers around the USA. This time of year, the holiday season, loads are even sent directly to stores in this area. Matt, you may know exactly how far away from Baytown the direct to store loads are going this year.
Walmart here I come!

Just a drug test....last one wasn't dot test....he passed but it wasn't a dot test.

Another drug test? Still a good sign, especially having him go into another DC while out on the road.

Anyone ever hear of a William Turner in Bentonville?
-
Not that I can recall. Why?

I had an interesting phone call to a former employer and I wanted to talk to the safety director to ask if Wal-Mart has inquired about my past employment and to my surprise the prior safety director isn't there and instead is a female ex truck driver who turned DOT officer and use to drive with that guy William(I think that was his name) she said she well call him next week for ME and check on the status of my application. She knew all the safety director from my past employers so I'm feeling pretty hopeful
jasonheather6204 and drozzer69 Thank this. -
Well I find out today Wal-Mart never received my application so I re-applied for Tobyhanna. After doing the application I realize I might not get hired because I had two incidents where in 2 separate occasions a 4 wheeler came around the right side of me while I was in the center lane and the 4 wheeler aimed directly for the guardrail ricochet off the guardrail and stopped instantly in front of me in my lane so I s werved to the left lane to not have a rear end collision and I missed her with my truck but clipped her with the trailer tires so I'm not expecting a phone call. Anyone else have any incidents that they had in their driving career and still got hired?
Buzzard2157 Thanks this.
