The more I read these forums the more I find a lot of complaining B%^#hing and moaning about this company, that company. they did this, they did that... Whatever. I include myself in this
The real question is, what can we do about it. Is anyone willing to do anything about it? I would like to get active in trying to make change, but honestly, I don't know where to start. I guess writing congressmen would be a good start. I would love to see the trucking industry regulated again. From what I am told, before the deregulation freight paid better, quality of employment was better and much more.
I dunno. Rather than complaining about these companies why don't we try to get something going.

Attention employers: We now require a valid DOT# for anyone wishing to post a driving position. If your job offer doesn't contain a DOT number, it will not get past moderation and will not appear in the forum. The other requirements in the sticky at the top of this section are still required as well. Thank you for understanding.
Trucking compaines and treatment.
