After talking with Bayle a little bit about Roehl my interest in the company is pretty high. A few questions I have about the company if you guys and gals dont mind answering.

    1) How well is the training for securing and tarping loads? Im a complete noob to all of this.

    2) How is the pay and the loads for new drivers?

I guess without listing a thousand questions maybe just a brief description of how good this company is and what I can expect would be awesome. I thank you all in advance

I figure techno could answer a lot since he is good at it. I didn't go through as a student so I can't answer the questions from that point of view.

The training is one of the best there is for flat bedding in the industry.

The pay is about average and the loads are good as far as getting a wide range of loads to learn from.
This I would have to say is true, especially if you get a F/M out of Gary. Then you will have to threaten to leave if they don't make some changes.

All I know is its pronounced "rail" not "roll". For some reason I have talked to a bunch of drivers usually while at customers and found it remarkable they all seemed really happy with the company. I have also noticed a professionalism in their driving and especially load securement. Good job drivers!
