Well if she can go 4 days without a shower, I am sure the litter box (if there is one) isn't to big of a concern.

 

Tomorrow I'm making a rare appearance in Pape country. I drop in Des Moines, then bounce to Davenport to pick up. The weather across I74 today has been miserable. I'm just glad I missed the tornadoes. That will teach me not to leave the east coast!

 

That's why the weather turned to crap.. You brought up the hurricanes with you.
But that far inland they were just twisters. I hated to read people lost their lives though.

 

Still at home. Dropped the wing trailer in Tulsa yesterday and bounced home. Went to yard this morning to pick up my oversized going to Washington and it's not there. Terminal manager looks on computer to see where the truck is at and it shows still North of Dalton, GA. He says that can't be right and calls the driver and yup just crossing TN line. So the terminal manager says that truck is supposed to take a load to New Jersey this afternoon so I'll have to take it and I said I'll have to go home, I don't go to New Jersey with LTL loads so I'm now back at my house.

 

Sitting on an off ramp waiting on my pilot cars that were supposed to pick me up at 8am. Got here at 8:05, they decided to take our other truck up to the delivery point, his crane appointment is after mine. I'm a little pissed off right now.

 

Well it said Midwest on the doors. Lets roll driver. We can get the other guy after we drop you..

 

Loaded down the road this morning and kicked it off in Wixom, MI a few hours ago. Decided to backtrack to Dexter for the night at the Peelot. Loading at 0700 in downtown Detroit and headed for Buckner, KY to unload same day. Then going to DH to Indy for a run to Madison, WI. Trying to keep busy and of course I wound up catching my wife's cold. This is going to be a miserable week if it hits full force.

 

See what happens when you spend to much time at home..

How are those new shiny chrome stacks?

 

Well the pipes are great, but not so sure about putting the rain caps on them. My old FLD had a rain cap, and it made that light "tink tink tink" sounds. Well these ones sound like a garbage can full of rocks, rolling down a hill. Might be taking them off ASAP till i can find some that have some kind of noise dampening device.
