First we need to drill holes in them so they are CARB compliant. California needs all that clean air from your truck that it can get :p

Sitting here at Jubitz, rained all day and what lds. there were on the boards were all flat bed rates for lowboy lds.
There was one ld. that needs a stretch trl. going to Mn. 67k and I need to open up at least 10' and they offered big bucks. 7 grand all in. Told them 9 grand and he said no way. Still on the board.

Well, I made it 1200 miles before having to hit the shop. Lost all boost and leaking fuel at the tank, they think they it's related. Have to load at 7 am tomorrow and meet a crane on Thursday back in Denver. And have to tarp 12' tall 24' long, ugh

Okay so I'm still at home waiting on one of our drivers to get here with my 12' wide out of Charleston, SC to take on to Moses Lake, WA.

    Begin Rant-
This guy loaded on Friday morning in Charleston then sat there all day because he didn't have all of his permits. They finally got them to him at 4:00 pm so rather than hit the road and get an hour up the road he chose to sit till Saturday morning. Saturday he rolled out at legal sunrise and made it a whole 400 miles to Dalton, GA then had to shut down for the remainder of the weekend. I left Charleston 2 weeks ago with an oversized 20 minutes after sunrise, ran the same route and made it to Kuttawa, KY (allowing me to run Sunday and avoid St Louis and Kansas City curfews). And yes I have electronic logs so I did it legally.

Then yesterday he leaves out of Dalton, GA somewhere around 8:00 am CST and only makes it 460 miles to East St Louis where he had to shut down for the night because of curfew. Supposedly he will be here this afternoon with the load that I have to take off through the ensuing winter storm in Wyoming and Colorado and have it in Moses Lake, WA by 1:00 pm Friday or sit with it till Monday morning.

2 weeks ago I hauled almost the same load only I went to Arlington, WA with it. I left Charleston on Saturday morning ending in Kuttawa, KY Saturday night. Sunday I made it to the Pilot in Sioux City, IA (albeit a little after legal by about 20 minutes but in my defense, Iowa does allow oversize after dark with proper lighting). Monday I made it to Sheridan, WY, Tuesday was Post Falls, ID and was at my yard in Arlington, WA at noon on Wednesday. That was 3053 miles in the same time it's going to take this driver to make 1300 miles. I ran the last leg of the last trip into the yard with him and the whole way he complained about not getting oversize loads and not getting enough miles. GEE I WONDER WHY???
    -End Rant
