It don't fall off every trucking company that pull yo dac stays with you
And every company u work for stays with u
I got my cdl in 06 didn't start driving til 2010
When I was in school they made us fill out apps 4 pre-hires every years I get my dac it go back 2 2006 from when I originally for my cdl and they got tickets on there from 2003 companies may/may not be able 2 go back 7 years but if that stuff is on your mvr when hire right pull it that mean that information stays with u but majority of it is for your information. Most mvr records go back 3 years anyway when trucking companies pull the mvr. Then if companies want 2 go into more detail they pull your criminal history now that goes back until the 1st you became in system if u ever got a ticket or other charges
Preventable accident as a student. Am I unhireable right now?

You are 100% mistaken there Missy!!
Yes you personally will see what WAS on there when you recieve it but if a company asked to see your dac they will ONLY see last 7 years. Call them and ask. I spoke to them 2 times right after I got my copies. Cause if you are correct I have lawsuits to file that are 100% false bu they were over 7 years ago. MVR and most records are totally different from DAC. I'm speaking DAC Report ONLY here. MVR and other records go back as far as they want to. Further they look the more it cost them to receive. Look forward to your sorry you was WRONG reply.....
