Wow. With all the chains, tarps, etc - that must be over a thousand pounds.

The amount of stuff on your lists is more than I'd have thought.

i was just packing up my equipment and realized I need another toolbox :/ lots of straps 4'' and 2" with binders lots of bungees, 2 8' drops with end flaps, 1 smoke tarp, havent been carrying chains n binders so they are filling some 5 gallon pails in my storage unit. if I put my headache rack back on I will throw the chains up on the hangers. guess I'll have to keep leaving the tarps on the deck :(

I prefer to carry 2-3 smoke tarps. I use them for smaller things besides the front of pipe loads. I find they are great when needing to tarp couple pallets or a very misc. load.

One might be surprised how much can fit under a 10x12 smoke tarp including a single coil.

Truck dealers and trailer shops are a good place for straps and small stuff. Last time I was in a Great Dane shop they had 4" straps for 9.60. Besttarps in west Memphis gave me a good quote on done tarps and gave me some tarp tape to try out at no charge. Ill probably buy from them again.

The best deal is probably to find someone that is selling their equipment.

If you want to really get deep into a lot of equipment lets not forget Vee Boards especially the long ones.

I made a belley box under my step to carry these and my dunnage. Since my vee boards are the 6 footers.

Grab some remotes(remote mount winch) There may be times where the sliding winches may be too close to your drive fenders or to use around your wagons wheels or simply when you run out of winches.

Where do you guys buy equipment from?

really need some edge protectors, maybe a couple rachet binders, possibly steel tarps in the future.
