Yes and no. The engines in the 47 are close to the ground and static thrust will tear the $$$$ out of the ground behind it. With no blast pad or blast fence the pilots will be limited on throttle based on the speed over the ground. I would bet my last dollar that most if not all of the lights and signs along side the runway will be blown away.
Where is everyone #2!!

I'm sure they had everything calculated and didn't just slam the throttles against the firewall and pray. They did shut the freeway down just of the North end of the runway to prevent vehicles getting damaged from the jet blast.
It had to be a good pilot to get it out of there but an even better pilot is the one who got it stopped without ending up on the freeway. (Even if he was an incompetent idiot for landing there in the first place.) The pilot who flew it out of there had everything calculated and laid out for him, the one who landed it had an emergency. When I was going through flight training I had an old pilot who always told me, "it's not how you fly the plane when everything is going right but how you react when everything goes to $$$$". --- That old pilot is my 86 year old father who was a commercial pilot for 40 years and flew private jets another 12.Logan76 and Tin Can Man Thank this.
