this went directed so much at the people who go inside, and for stone unplanned reason it takes a little longer, as to the guys who just sit in their truck at tree pump while there is a line behind them for 20 minutes

Locks r too expensive LOL @least the ones good enuff to make em work at it--Bolt seals work well and lots of shippers have em laying around--grab a handful--the short ones work best

I go inside and ask the fuel desk to page the jerk that left his truck. Freaking guy was sitting down in the restaraunt eating breakfast.

I'm kidding about locking anyone's trailer incase someone thinks I'm an ###, I'll normally just get front behind him, and go back in front of him in the staging area and take my 30 min break ;-)

psh.. when that happens to me, I'm still in and out before the guy parked in front of me leaves. Just don't sit on the throne and make phone calls, you should be in and out.

This is probably my one biggest peeve in this industry. I get so angry when drivers dont pull up. I see it EVERY DAY! I said something to one driver about it a couple weeks back and he wanted to fight me over it. You'd think we would have courtesy for each other.. or at least a little respect just for the sake of your own self honor. But listen to the BS on the CB and you quickly realize what truck drivers have turned into.

...and after you vandalize the guy's truck, if you come to find out it's taking him awhile because ComData's computers decided to barf all over his fuel transaction???

    It happens.

I have come to the conclusion that those clowns leave their trucks parked there because they don't know how to park.

Be nice if we could go back to the days of real "full service".....Park on the island...the attendant fuels the tractor/reefer , checks the tires and all the fluid levels ( fill ones that need to be filled) , washes and rinses the windows... ..then parks the truck leaving the keys at the fuel desk.......AHHHHHH to go back....:love7:

When I was driving I saw an argument, a female driver fueled, went in, was in for 20 minutes, according to the argument. The guy told her she was an ignorant 'B' and had no business behind a wheel if she couldn't be more courteous than that. She broke down in tears and said she couldn't understand why he was being so rude...
