I got a letter like everyone else saying I needed to send in a new Medical Card before mine expired on 11/19/13. I passed a physical and got a new card dated 11/18/13. I gave it to my work and they were supposed to send it in. Here it is 11/22/13 and I get another letter saying the didn't get the card and my CDL has been pulled. Does anyone know if I go to the courthouse on Monday with my card can this be resolved or am I screwed?????

You might be able to work it out at your local DMV. I faxed mine in to Penndot here in PA and they apparently never processed it and downgraded my Class A to a regular license.Once I got the letter took all my paperwork along with fax confirmation saying i did fax it in on time to the DMV and had it reinstated in less than 5 minutes. So it's worth a try
randbarthur Thanks this. -
I don't have a confirmation myself maybe my work does. I am hoping the fact the Medical card is dated 11/18/13 will help....this is crazy.

And also never expect your company to deal with it. It's your career on the line.I learned from my misfortune to walk it into the DMV and have it done right away.
Your company is still making money. You on the other hand have no CDL so no job right now.Balakov100, evd and windsmith Thank this. -
A friend of mine just did that last week, went straight to dmv with a new medical card and updated there on the spot...
You should be fine, just go there and show it to themrandbarthur Thanks this. -

Before doing anything you should talk to your company first thing Monday and show them the letter.

You do not have a CDL anymore... We had a driver who has been driver for 50+ years.. He got the first letter and ignored it, got the second letter and waited too long. He came to the yard so I could take him to the licence branch. He had waited to long and they degraded his license. For the last few previous days, he had been driving illegally. Needless to say, I was shocked. He was shocked and of course I got to let him take my pick up to where he parks and drove the tractor trailer back and got my pick up back. He has taken the CDL test three times and he takes it for a forth time Monday. He luckily works for a company that is allowing him to use our equipment and time to drive to a test site on our dime to attempt to get his CDL back.
Bottom line is that this is happening all over the place and the feds/states are not playing games. While going through this with this driver at least 5 other drivers have walked into the various DMVs and have walked out without a CDL.. and they have no recourse. You have to start all over. Hopefully your company will work with you. some will tell you to come back when you have a CDL.. Sorry.Shaggy Thanks this. -
Just read these FAQ http://www.fmcsa.dot.gov/registration-licensing/cdl/faqs.aspx
Your answer is at question #9
Since you did get your medical card before it expired, but were late to send it in i think you should be fine getting it back with out taking the CDL test over again...
Well good luck and let us know what happened...
