Who are "they"?

Flash it too a pre-mbn file. It'll make it a different truck.

There's some files out there for mbns that leave the ID as a mbn. That means you have a chance of warranty one it. I got one put in mine and it runs with 550s now and picked up 3/4 mpg. Got rid of the high exhaust temp also. Just nicer to drive all the way around.

Much cheaper to put an old 6NZ file in it and upgrade the turbo than to spend big bucks on PDI, Bullydog, etc. It'll run great, better than every other 500/600up out there, and get good fuel mileage too as long as you drive it right. I'm sure 700+ hp is fun but only if you got money to spend on it, gotta pay to play.
j-dawg Thanks this. -
Cat has never been known for its fule milage... if you turn your motor up to 715hp you will most likely burn up your clutch because it is not rated for that hp and torque.byou will need to replace it with a 2250 torque clutch

AGREE--I'm running a MBN at 800hp and hardly ever use it, but if you keep your foot out of it you can see 6.8mpg pulling 98k of logs.j-dawg Thanks this.
