Yes they do test . I was told they text you before you go on the road.

Haven't drug tested this much since I played sports back in the stone age and in USAF. Also got a physical and doctors are checking for sleep apnea.

 

Oxycodone is not part of the DOT drug testing parameters - look up SAMSHA 5. The specific drugs of SAMSHA 5 is the extent of the DOT drug testing requirements.

It is a DOT requirement that any motor carrier company drug test a driver prior to operating a commercial vehicle; therefore, whether it is a school, a company, CDL mill with a truck or trucks, it is a DOT requirement. If they are not drug testing, then they are not in compliance with DOT regulation.
