I have a 2012 International Prostar. Last night the driver parked the truck everything was fine. Got here this morning and guess what NO AIR. The tanks are not filling and was making 90 psi on one gauge and 0 on the other. Shut it down and now we're not getting anything. Is there anything that we could look for before we have to call a wrecker to get it taken to the shop. Doesn't make any sense that it was parked overnight and now nothing. Any help that you guys could provide would be great. I have been reading through some of these threads seems like a great forum, and I wish I would have found it sooner as we have a few trucks in our fleet that this forum may have a positive impact on.

Water in the system + below freezing = any number of things blocked or stuck open as a result of ice?

Thought about that. It was about 38 or so this morning, with a pretty good breeze. Thinking there may be a valve somewhere that could be stuck open or blocked. Only thing is I never even heard it kick on or even any air leaking from anywhere.

You might have a switch stuck open. Did the driver use a dash dump switch, power divider, or fifth wheel slide? I have had these switches stick and not reset, and it would keep air from building.

Dump switch yes...the other two I don't think he's been messing with the slide at all and the divider doubtful...But that is a good pace to look thanks.

Nothing new. Called over a mechanic. The dyer filter was full of Mud believe it or not. Also did some checking and that truck was in Hurricane Katrina and was possibly underwater for a time. IDK, but it still isn't working and now we are replacing the dryer assembly because it is completely full of crap.
