How much of that is owed to O/O leased to a company that will never see it.

100 million with 30 billion in revenue is nothing. It's a $100 speeding ticket to a guy that makes $30,000 a year.

Just another business expense. Hope there isn't some loophole for them to crawl into and find a way to write this "expense" off.?

I hope you aren't an O/O.Revenue doesn't mean anything, especially if you owe more then you're worth.Revenue is what you have before you start subtracting the cost of buissens. If you are lucky you have money left over. When that happens it is called a "profit".You will then still pay taxes on "profits".If you do not have any money left over then that is what is called a loss.

I am a very successful owner operator thank you very much. Yes I know the difference between revenue and profit, please spare me the "buissens" lesson. Bottom line is it's just a drop in the bucket and they're just returning stolen monies that they owed anyway, with minimal fees ( attorney and interest). For my typical revenue, the charge off to me would be $500 bucks. Less than an annual 2290. That's not going to make me double my pricing as some others have posted.
